Most orders ship from our Israeli warehouse while some SKUs are also stored in our US warehouse, located in Kentucky.
Orders that are shipped from Israel can be shipped via EMS.
Valid for all countries.
Orders that are shipped from the US, will be shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Shipment.
Only valid for US customers.
Order processing time depends on the time of your purchase:
If you purchse between Sunday - Wednesday, the procssing time will take up to 24 hours.
If you purchase in Thursday - Saturday then your order will be processing on Sunday.

Shipping time is should be 4-17 business day, however, in the last year, Israel Post has proved that they can't even commit to 30 business days shipping time and therefore, we decided to remove this shipping method from our website.
